The specific objectives are to:

• Promote ESD in teacher education
• Infuse ESD in university curricula
• Develop various ICT in ESD projects
• Develop ICT in ESD teacher competencies & standards
• Conduct research on ICTs in ESD
• Create and maintain a North-South ICT in ESD Network
• Develop joint M.A. and Ph.D. programs on ICT-enabled ESD
